Alberta used car: what must an automotive business disclose?
Alberta says automotive businesses must provide information about a vehicle’s history and condition through available sources and must give the buyer a comprehensive bill of sale. That paperwork can include odometer information, mechanical-fitness material and disclosures about previous use, history or condition. Keep every copy.
