England & Wales used car from a dealer: can I reject it within 30 days?
If a used car bought from a dealer is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 can give a short-term right to reject within 30 days, subject to the facts and statutory conditions.
