Florida used car: is there a Used Car Lemon Law?
Florida’s Attorney General says Florida does not have a Used Car Lemon Law. Warranty and contract rights still matter, including whether the vehicle was sold “as is” or with express or implied warranties. Keep the Buyers Guide, contract, warranty and repair evidence.
