India used car dealer complaint: where can I raise a consumer grievance before court?
India’s National Consumer Helpline is a nationwide pre-litigation consumer grievance mechanism run by the Department of Consumer Affairs. Consumers can lodge grievances through the web portal, 1915, WhatsApp, the NCH app or UMANG and attach relevant documents.
