NSW boundary dispute: what if we disagree where the fence line actually is?

Legal Aid NSW says a boundary notice can be used where neighbours disagree about the common boundary for fencing work. The other neighbour then has 7 days to mark the boundary or engage a registered surveyor. Survey evidence can become important if the dispute continues. Official source: Legal Aid NSW.
