Yes, many qualifying used vehicles bought from a licensed NSW motor dealer have a dealer guarantee for 3 months or 5,000 km after sale, whichever comes first. The usual eligibility is a second-hand vehicle no more than 10 years old and with no more than 160,000 km before sale. The dealer guarantee sits alongside Australian Consumer Law rights, so the end of the dealer-guarantee period does not automatically end every consumer right.
