Ontario auto insurance complaint: who do I contact after the insurer?

FSRA says consumers should first raise the complaint with the insurance company, then use the insurer’s Ombuds service if needed. If the matter is still unresolved, a complaint can be made to FSRA about issues within its regulatory role. Keep the policy, denial letter, estimates, photos and correspondence.
