Singapore complaint against a doctor: what does SMC require?
The Singapore Medical Council says a complaint against a registered doctor must identify the doctor and allegations, include supporting documents, and be accompanied by a Statutory Declaration. SMC regulates doctors’ professional conduct and standards; it is not the complaint body for a hospital or clinic as an institution. Official source: Singapore Medical Council.
