Singapore unpaid invoice: can a business use the Small Claims Tribunals?
Potentially, if the dispute is an eligible small claim. Singapore’s Small Claims Tribunals can hear certain disputes involving goods or services. The usual claim limit is S$20,000, or S$30,000 if both parties sign a Memorandum of Consent. Claims generally must be filed within 2 years of the event creating the cause of action.
