Singapore unpaid salary: when should I file with TADM?
TADM says salary-related employment claims should be filed promptly. If you are still employed, the usual filing limit is within 1 year after the dispute arose; if you have left employment, it is generally within 6 months from your last day. The claim period is also limited, so waiting can reduce what you can recover. Keep your employment contract, salary records, CPF statements and employer correspondence. Official source: TADM.
