South Africa used car from a dealer: what if it is defective within six months?
South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act provides an implied warranty of quality. For qualifying defective goods returned within six months after delivery, the consumer can direct the supplier to repair, replace or refund, subject to the Act and facts.
