Australia employer insolvent: what unpaid entitlements can FEG cover?
The Fair Entitlements Guarantee is a safety net for eligible employees who lose their job because their employer enters liquidation or bankruptcy. It can cover up to 13 weeks of unpaid wages, annual leave, long service leave, up to 5 weeks pay in lieu of notice and capped redundancy pay.
