UK employer insolvent: can I claim unpaid wages and redundancy from the government?
Potentially. GOV.UK says eligible employees of an insolvent employer can apply for statutory redundancy pay and certain unpaid amounts such as wages, holiday pay and commission through the Insolvency Service.
